(LEARFIELD) – Former Milwaukee Bucks head coach Doc Rivers says he has no plans to coach again after 27 years on the sidelines.
NBC has announced it has hired Rivers to act as an analyst during the upcoming season.
The Associated Press reports that Rivers is saying he’s thankful that he was able to coach and play as long as he did.
He’s worked television before, holding positions with Turner Sports and later, ESPN and ABC.
