That’s the message Bryson DeChambeau posted on his Instagram account Sunday. The two-time U.S. Open champion added that he’ll reveal specifics in an announcement at 1 p.m. ET Monday.
Could the news be his impending return to the PGA Tour? DeChambeau, who turned 33 on Wednesday, has not been a member of the tour since he signed a four- year-plus, $125 million-plus contract to join the LIV Tour in June 2022.
LIV Golf filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Sept. 8 and DeChambeau reportedly is owed $5.8 million, one of several high-profile golfers who are creditors.
DeChambeau is not a member of the United States team for this week’s President’s Cup competition at Medinah Country Club in suburban Chicago. LIV Golf players are ineligible for the U.S. team under the Presidents Cup’s current eligibility rules.
