GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Green Bay business is making an investment in public safety with a $50,000 donation to the Green Bay Metro Fire Department.
Tufco presented the donation during a ceremony Wednesday at the company’s facility at 3161 S. Ridge Road.
The money will be used to purchase drive cameras for fire department apparatus, physical fitness equipment for firefighters, and a tire mount and balancing machine for the department’s mechanic shop.
The donation is intended to support the safety, health and readiness of Green Bay Metro firefighters and help keep emergency vehicles response-ready for residents and visitors in Green Bay, Allouez, Bellevue and surrounding communities.
