(UW ATHLETICS) – The No. 23 Wisconsin men’s basketball team hits the road to face off with No. 9 BYU on Friday as a part of the Bad Boy Mower’s Series – Salt Lake City. Tip is set for 3 p.m. CT at the Delta Center.
The Badgers earned a 94-69 victory over SIUE last Monday to wrap up their four-game opening homestand.
UW looks to go 5-0 for the second-consecutive campaign, and avenge the NCAA Tournament loss to the Cougars at the end of last season.
The Cougars come into Friday’s game at 3-1, falling to UConn last Saturday, 86-84. They boast the top-ranked freshman in the class of 2026, AJ Dybantsa, who’s averaging 20.3 points per game. Richie Saunders returns to the fold with 19.5 points per game, while Baylor transfer Rob Wright rounds out the double-digit scorers at 17.8.
