(WTAQ-WLUK) — A Pickett man was arrested, suspected of his 5th OWI after he allegedly ran a red light in Oshkosh.
It happened just before 2:30 a.m. Tuesday when a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper saw a vehicle fail to stop at a red traffic light at Main Street and Merritt Avenue.
The trooper pulled the vehicle over and once the trooper approached the vehicle, the driver admitted he had been drinking.
Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the driver, a 33-year-old man, was taken into custody.
