(ST NORBERT COMMUNICATIONS) DE PERE – St. Norbert College junior Ezra Schermacher has been named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference’s Field Athlete of the Week for a fourth time, announced today by the conference office.
Schermacher, a Plymouth native and graduate, won the pole vault at the St. Norbert Midweek Matchup, clearing 16 feet 5 1/4 inches. The win vaulted Schermacher to a tie for ninth in the NCAA Division III national rankings and is now the top standard in the NACC outdoor season.
The award is the 13th in Schermacher’s career.
