(LEARFIELD) – The Bucks are interested enough in having Taylor Jenkins be their next head coach that three team officials traveled to Memphis to talk to him.
Jenkins spent six seasons coaching the Grizzlies, making the NBA playoffs four times.
He was an assistant under Mike Budenholzer during the 2018-2019 season in Milwaukee.
The Athletic reports that team owners Wes Edens and Jimmy Haslam joined general manager Jon Horst at the meeting.
No agreement was reached, but a follow-up meeting is expected.
