(LEARFIELD) – Toronto scored three times in the ninth, then three more in the 10th to beat the Brewers Tuesday night, 9-7 at American Family Field in Milwaukee.
Milwaukee’s losing streak has reached six straight.
The bullpen has failed two games in a row.
Abner Uribe allowed a run in the eight, Trevor Megill gave up 3 runs in the ninth and Grant Anderson allowed 3 more in the tenth inning for the Brewers.
Brewers manager Pat Murphy talked about Megill’s struggles.
Murphy also talked about whether or not Megill is going to lose his role as the team’s closer.
He also said that the fans were out of line to boo Megill.
Megill talked about his performance.
And what he needs to do better.
Jacob Misiorowski started for the Brewers, went 5 1/3 innings and allowed 2 runs all while feeling sick.
The Brewers got homers from Gary Sanchez and Jake Bauers.
Grant Anderson was tagged with the loss.
Chad Patrick is scheduled to start the second game of the series against the Blue Jays tonight
