(LEARFIELD) – Everything came under scrutiny after the Green Bay Packers lost their final five games last season — including head coach Matt LaFleur’s job security.
LaFleur is back on a new contract and told reporters at the NFL Annual Meeting that player frustration over roles hurt the team.
He said some players were unhappy, and that affected energy and performance.
LaFleur added clearer communication will be a priority moving forward.
