MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Manitowoc woman was arrested for allegedly shooting a man in the ankles.
Police say they were called to 2000 Johnston Dr., Lot #57, just after 6:30 a.m. Monday.
When officers arrived, they tried to make contact at the trailer but could not. Because of the seriousness of the report, they forced their way in.
They found a 35-year-old man with gunshot wounds to both ankles. He was treated at the scene and taken to the hospital by ambulance.
The 29-year-old woman was jailed on potential charges of recklessly endangering safety, domestic disorderly conduct and resisting an officer.
