(247NEWSSOURCE) EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – The Green Bay Packers escaped East Rutherford with a 27-20 takedown of the New York Giants.
Jordan Love threw for almost 175 yards to go with a pair of touchdowns.
Love said that he loves winning ugly.
Love also talked about how the wind was a factor in the game.
Christian Watson caught both of them as Green Bay snapped a two-game skid.
Defensively, the Packers allowed the Giants to rush for 142 yards on 38 carries which led Green Bay defensive end Micah Parsons to say that the team must do a better job stopping the run.
.The Packers, meanwhile, ran the ball 23 times for 128 yards.
Jameis Winston threw for more than 200 yards but tossed a costly pick late in the game for New York, which has dropped five straight.
Next up for the Packers is the Minnesota Vikings this coming Sunday.
