(247NEWSSOURCE) – The Wisconsin men’s basketball team will begin its exhibition schedule tonight.
The number 24 Badgers will face Oklahoma in Milwaukee.
UW will also play Wisconsin-Platteville in a preseason game next Wednesday in Madison.
The Badgers will begin the regular season November 3 with a home matchup with Campbell.
Soggy football forecast: Forecasters are predicting temperatures in the upper-50s with gusty winds at game time tomorrow (Saturday). The chance of rain is 100 percent.
Can’t duck Oregon: The Wisconsin football team is heading west this weekend.
The Badgers will battle number six Oregon in Eugene on Saturday.
UW enters the matchup on a five-game losing streak to fall to 2-and-5 on the season.
The Badgers are trying to avoid their first six-game losing streak since 1991.
Oregon is favored by as many as 33 points.
Men’s hockey plays Alaska: Wisconsin and Alaska meet for the first time since 2016 when the Badgers claimed 4-3 and 5-2 victories over the Nanooks at the Kohl Center on Jan. 29-30. The Badgers hold a 9-1-0 edge in the series with a 6-0-0 advantage in games played in Madison. UW sits 2-0-0 against UA at the Kohl Center.
Badgers volleyball: The women’s volleyball team is on the west coast to play the Washington Huskies.
