(LEARFIELD) PITTSBURGH – Rookie Jacob Misiorowski stopped the Pittsburgh Pirates on a single run through seven innings as Milwaukee won Sunday’s game 10-2 in Pittsburgh on Sunday.
The Brewers swept the four-game set at PNC Park.
First baseman Andrew Vaughn went 4-for-5 with a double and an RBI.
It was the best starting effort of Misiorowski’s young career as he allowed just 3 hits and 2 walks while striking out 8 in picking up his fifth win.
