(MILWAUKEE BUCKS) – The Milwaukee Bucks have selected Bogoljub Marković with the 47th overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.
A 6-11, 220-point forward, Marković played in 30 games (29 starts) last season with Mega Basket in Serbia’s Adriatic League (ABA), averaging 13.7 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 28.9 minutes per game while shooting 53.8% from the field. In his first full ABA season, the 19-year-old was named the 2024-25 Adriatic Basketball Association Best Young Player and received ABA Player of the Month honors two times. Marković reached double figures in scoring in 24 games, including four 20-point performances, and hauled in 10+ rebounds six times for six double-doubles.
The Uzice, Serbia, native debuted with the Serbian Senior National Team in November 2024 for the 2025 FIBA EuroBasket Qualifiers, where he saw action in two contests. He previously played in the 2023 FIBA U18 EuroBasket, winning a gold medal with Serbia.
Prior to joining Mega Basket, Marković appeared in 28 games (23 starts) with OKK Beograd in Serbia’s KLS during the 2023-24 season. He also participated in Basketball Without Borders (BWB) camps in 2022 and 2023, including the BWB Global Camp at 2023 NBA All-Star Weekend.
