TOWN OF MEEME, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – One person died after a silo collapsed Tuesday in Manitowoc County.
Rescue crews were dispatched to the farm in the 1100 block of County F in the town of Meeme at 10:14 a.m., according to Valders Fire Dept. Chief Christopher Dallas.
One person died as a result of the incident. No other details about the victim were released.
The cause of the collapse and death remains under investigation, Dallas said.
No other injuries were reported.
