(WTAQ-WLUK) — An Oshkosh man is facing federal charges for obscenity and child pornography.
On Wednesday, a five-count indictment was issued against David E. Dejanovich, 52, of Oshkosh.

He may also be fined up to $250,000 on each count.
According to the Department of Corrections Sex Offender Registry, Dejanovich was convicted of second degree sexual assault of a child in 1993 and then of first degree sexual assault of a child in 1998.
