(LEARFIELD) – The Milwaukee Brewers start the 2025 Major League Baseball season in New York against the New York Yankees this afternoon at 2:05.
The two division leaders met last season with the Yankees winning two out of three.
Milwaukee has scheduled Freddy Peralta to start the game against Carlos Rodon.
The Brewers are hoping their high-powered spring training offensive performance carries over into the regular season.
The biggest additions for the Yankees this off-season include adding Paul Goldschmidt from St. Louis and Clay Bellinger from the Cubs. They also must deal with injuries to Giancarlo Stanton and Garrett Cole.
The Brewers will have a different look as well with Willy Adames no longer at shortstop having signed as a free agent with the San Francicso Giants.
The game can be heard beginning at 1:30 p.m. with the pre-game and 2:05 p.m. on 1360 and 97.5 WTAQ.
