Green Bay bridge lane closures may cause traffic delays for a month starting Jan. 27

GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Drivers may experience backups on a downtown Green Bay bridge for about a month for maintenance activities.

From Jan. 27 through Feb. 21, the Ray Nitschke Memorial Bridge will be secured to masted navigation. Vessels can pass under the bridge at any time. The bridge will stay open for vehicle traffic with single-lane closures, which may cause back-ups.

Drivers should use caution while driving through the work zone, and are encouraged to find alternate routes.
