With the regular season winding to a close, the Milwaukee Bucks just can’t seem to pick up any traction. After falling to the lowly Washington Wizards on the road Tuesday night, the Bucks returned home and were beaten by the 50 loss-Memphis Grizzlies at Fiserv Forum Wednesday night 111-101. Milwaukee was shorthanded with Damian Lillard sitting out another game along with Khris Middleton and Patrick Beverly sidelined. Brook Lopez led the way with 25 points and 10 rebounds while Giannis Antetokounmpo managed 21. Head Coach Doc Rivers said it appeared Giannis was also running out of gas playing through hamstring and Achilles tendon issues. Jarren Jackson led Memphis with 35 points as the Grizzles repeatedly attacked the rim all night, outscoring the Bucks 76-36 in the paint. Milwaukee is now 47-29 with six games left in the regular season. They’ll get back on the home floor Friday night hosting the Toronto Raptors.
