The Wisconsin TimberRattlers tailed 4-0 and 6-3 but stormed back late to beat the best team in the Midwest League, the Great Lakes Loons 10-8 on Sunday to earn a split in the series and finish a two week road trip with a winning record. Wisconsin got a three run homer from Ernesto Martinez Junior as they finally grabbed the lead with a 5 run 7th inning and tacked on two more in the 8th and held off the Loons in the final frame. Wisconsin improves to 24-36 on the season and after a day off Monday, finally return home to open a week long series against the Lansing Lugnuts Tuesday night at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium.
