BOSTON, MA (MetroSource-WTAQ) – The Bucks are one win away from another trip to the Eastern Conference Final after taking down the Celtics in Game Six.
Milwaukee topped Boston 110-107 at TD Garden and now lead the series three games to two. The Bucks trailed by 14 in the 4th quarter before rallying down the stretch.
Bobby Portis had a big put-back on a missed free throw late. And Jrue Holiday came up with two big steals on Marcus Smart to help in the comeback.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led all scorers with 40 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in the win. Holiday chipped in with 24 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists. Portis had 14 points and 15 rebounds off the bench.
Jayson Tatum led the Celtics in scoring with 34 points. Jaylen Brown had 26 but the Bucks defense held Smart to just 15 with four rebounds and only one assist.
The series will shift back to Milwaukee for Game Six on Friday night.
