The defending NBA champions are taking a hit to their starting lineup.
The Bucks announced that forward Khris Middleton will miss the rest of the team’s first round series against the Chicago Bulls after he suffered a sprained MCL in his left knee.
Middleton exited in the fourth quarter of Wednesday night’s loss to Chicago and an MRI on Thursday revealed the injury.
The 30-year-old will be re-evaluated in two weeks and leaves Milwaukee without its second-leading scorer from the regular season.
