APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Michael Miller was charged Tuesday with attempted homicide for allegedly stabbing another man in the neck during an argument.
Miller, 61, made an initial appearance Tuesday in Outagamie County Circuit Court, where a $500,000 cash bond was set. A preliminary hearing was not immediately scheduled.
According to the criminal complaint, Miller and the victim got into an argument Sunday, though the specific reason for it is not explained. The two men knew each other.
The victim suffered a single stab wound, about one inch deep, on the right side of his neck, according to the criminal complaint.
