NEENAH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The Neenah school district is changing its COVID-19 quarantine and test procedures.
Students who have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 can return to school with a negative antigen (“rapid”) test. If the test is positive, they will need a negative PCR test to return to school.
Vaccinated students who are close contacts to those who have tested positive can remain in school and monitor for symptoms. Those who are not vaccinated will be required to take a PCR test three to five days after their last contact. If the test is negative, they can remain in school.
Any student who tests positive will begin a 10-day quarantine.
Face masks will continue to be required for all students and staff members.
