OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A popular Christian music festival is on for 2021.
Lifest organizers say they are planning to hold the festival July 8-11 at Sunnyview Expo Center in Oshkosh. Organizers are working with Winnebago County and City of Oshkosh health officials on COVID-19 safety measures, including sneeze guards and face masks for vendors, along with hand sanitizing stations.
Confirmed headliners include Newsboys, Skillet, Matthew West, Crowder, Matt Maher and Zach Williams, with more to be announced.
Camping will also be available for the duration of the festival, along with food vendors, marketplace shops and children’s activities.
“We are very excited to bring Lifest back to Oshkosh this summer,” said Bob Lenz of Life Promotions. “Lifest is a party with a purpose, and that purpose is to join others in the gospel and unite with the body of Christ through music.”
Through March 31, tickets are $60 for adults and $30 for children ages 8-15.
Last year’s Lifest was postponed, then eventually canceled, because of the coronavirus pandemic.
