CALEDONIA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Winnebago County man is charged in connection with a drug overdose death in Waupaca County.
On July 29, Waupaca County deputies received a report of a female who was unresponsive and cold to the touch. The female was pronounced deceased on scene. The cause of death was determined to be an overdose.
During the investigation, officials say they determined the source of the drugs to be 53-year-old Richard A. Kramer.
A search warrant of his Neenah residence found cocaine, numerous prescription medications and firearms, deputies say.
Kramer is charged with first degree reckless homicide and delivery of cocaine.
A $100,000 cash bond was set at his initial court appearance earlier this week.
