MANITOWOC COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A man whose body was found in a house in the town of Two Creeks had been dead for more than six months, and his sister had been dead for just a few days when her body was discovered next to his, the Manitowoc County coroner’s office determined.
The bodies of Kenneth Krall, 82, and Sandra Krall, 74, were found in the living room of their home on Feb. 3 by a person who was leasing some of their land. Their utilities were shut off in December.
Coroner Curtis Green ruled Sandra Krall’s death as natural, with a cause of hypertensive cardiovascular disease and other heart issues as contributing factors.
Investigators were unable to determine a cause of death for Kenneth Krall, citing extensive decomposition and no significant trauma. He was last known to be alive around May 2025.
The coroner’s office does not suspect foul play in the deaths.
Sheriff’s officials previously spelled their last name as Kroll; the coroner’s office says the siblings used both spellings and both spellings are listed on the death certificate under “AKA” (also known as).
