Adam Samida (Winnebago Co. Jail)
OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Adam Samida was placed on probation for 18 months after being convicted of two misdemeanor offenses after shooting his fast-foot manager in the foot. He was also sentenced to six months in jail on an unrelated hit and run conviction, court records show.
Samida, 25, pleaded no contest Monday to carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct for the Oct. 29 incident at the McDonald’s on Jackson Street.
One of managers told police Samida was refusing to work, so the other manager confronted him. The second manager — identified as Witness 2 (W2) in the complaint — and Samida shouted at each other. Eventually, Samida pulled out a gun and shot the manager in the foot, according to the complaint.
Samida also pleaded no contest to hit and run involving injury, resisting, and bail jumping for the Dec. 20 crash. He was also placed on probation for two years and must perform 30 hours of community service in that case, court records show.
