Milwaukee beat the Cincinnati Reds 9-1 in an exhibition matchup at American Family Field on Monday.
Garrett Mitchell went 1-for-4 with three RBI, while David Hamilton went 2-for-2 with two RBI.
William Contreras, Andrew Vaughn and Brice Turang all homered.
Brewers manager Pat Murphy talked about David Hamilton.
Murphy also talked about the pitchers getting these last night’s and this afternoon’s game to get ready.

The teams will wrap up the preseason with another exhibition matchup today.

Woodruff makes opening-day roster: The Brewers will have their full starting rotation for Opening Day.
The club announced that Brandon Woodruff will start the team’s fifth game of the season against the Tampa Bay Rays, avoiding beginning the year on the injured list.
Woodruff was recovering from a lat strain he suffered in the fall that kept him out of the playoffs.
