(LEARFIELD) – Packers coach Matt LaFleur is warning his players not to overlook the Arizona Cardinals.
LaFleur points out that this weekend’s opponent has lost four straight, but those four defeats came by a total of nine points.
“We’d better be ready to play,” he warns.
LaFleur said that it is a challenge preparing for both Arizona QB’s, Kyler Murray and Jacoby Brissett.
He talked about what Jacoby Brissett did so well to spark the offense last week.
LaFleur also talked about the Arizona defense.
LaFleur also discussed how do you get your team to match the desperation of the Cardinals, who have started 2-4.
Love notes: The Green Bay Packers haven’t won on the road this season.
Jordan Love was asked if it’s important to pull off a win this week.
He said that they are not going to overlook the 2-4 Cardinals.
Love was asked about taking off and running. How does he determine when he wants to run, something he said he would do more of?
The Packers and Cardinals kick off at 3:25 Sunday afternoon.
