(LEARFIELD) – The Milwaukee Brewers will welcome Central Division rival St. Louis for a weekend series at American Family Field starting tonight.
Quinn Priester is scheduled to be the starting pitcher for Milwaukee. Priester is 12-2 with a 3.25 ERA.
St. Louis will counter with Andre Pallante who is 6-13 with an ERA of 5.28.
Milwaukee’s lead of 5 1/2 games over the second-place Chicago Cubs in the standings means there is less at stake for this visit, compared to the past, but the team could trip its magic number to single digits.
The Cardinals are out of the race, and both teams are coming out of a series where they were swept.
All three games this weekend can be on heard on 1360 and 97.5 WTAQ.
