(WTAQ-WLUK) — A Neenah man has been indicted in federal court for allegedly producing child pornography.
Prosecutors say Jeffrey J. Haskell, 26, “knowingly employed, used, persuaded, induced, enticed, and coerced” minor children for the purpose of “producing a visual depiction” of the minors engaged in “sexually explicit conduct.”
Haskell faces two counts for separate acts in January.
If convicted of either charge, Haskell faces 15-30 years in prison and would be required to register as a sex offender.
