GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Alumni introductions and a special tribute to the 15th anniversary of the Packers’ victory in Super Bowl XLV highlight this weekend’s halftime entertainment at Lambeau Field.
Nearly 60 former players from the last six decades are scheduled to attend the season opener Sunday between Green Bay and the Detroit Lions. The alumni will be introduced on the field during halftime.
Those planning to attend include: Jerry Kramer, Dave Robinson, Marv Fleming, Chuck Mercein, Donny Anderson, Don Horn, John Michels, Mike McCoy, Lynn Dickey, James Lofton, Johnnie Gray, Gerry Ellis, John Anderson, Paul Coffman, Willie Buchanon, Larry McCarren, Eddie Lee Ivery, David Whitehurst, Ezra Johnson, Jan Stenerud, Tiger Greene, Mark Lee, LeRoy Butler, Antonio Freeman, Frank Winters, Jeff Dellenbach, Bill Schroeder, Harry Sydney, Mike Wahle, Ryan Longwell, Ahman Green, Mike Montgomery, Cullen Jenkins, Donald Lee, Johnny Jolly, Jarrett Bush, Jason Spitz, Charlie Peprah, John Kuhn, Brandon Jackson, Ryan Grant, Desmond Bishop, Josh Sitton, Pat Lee, Brett Swain, Evan Smith, TJ Lang, Scott Wells, Tom Crabtree, Jermichael Finley, Brad Jones, Marshall Newhouse, Andrew Quarless, CJ Wilson, Frank Zombo, Ryan Taylor, Alex Green and Josh Hawkins.
Fans should note that alumni attendance at games and events is always subject to change.
Several alumni will participate in gameday activities ahead of kickoff, as well.
- Marv Fleming will visit with fans and sign autographs from 1:50 to 2:50 p.m. in the Legends Club on the Associated Bank Club Level, an area accessible to game attendees with suite or club seat tickets.
- Mark Lee will sign autographs and greet fans at the Chevrolet display on the Fan Walkway, near the Johnsonville Tailgate Village, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
- As part of Titletown Gameday Live, Paul Coffman and Lynn Dickey will be in Titletown to participate in a question-and-answer session at 1:25 p.m., and will greet fans afterward until 2:25 p.m.
According to the Packers, in addition to alumni introductions, there will also be a halftime tribute to mark 15 years since Green Bay defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV.
