(WNFL) – Quinn Priester pitched 6 strong innings and Christian Yelich and Jackson Chourio hit ninth-inning home runs to lead the Milwaukee Brewers to a 4-1 win over the Toronto Bluejays in Toronto on Saturday.
Priester allowed 5 hits and 1 unearned run over 6 innings while striking out 3.
Aaron Ashby got the win by getting the final out in the eighth inning.
Abner Uribe closed out the ninth inning to earn his fourth save.
Trailing 1-0, the Brewers tied the game on a Sal Frelick ground out that scored Yelich.
Then in the ninth inning, Chourio and Yelich went back-to-back on home runs with Isaac Collins hitting a run-scoring double later in the inning.
Jeff Hoffman took the loss in relief for Toronto.
