(LEARFIELD) – It will be a different looking offense this season for the Wisconsin Badgers after they opted to get rid of the “Air Raid” offense of the last 2 seasons and bring in Jeff Grimes who will run a more traditional offense.
Grimes said that new quarterback Billy Edwards preparation and willingness to study and put the time in is phenomenal.
Grimes discussed what he’s seen so far from the Badger offensive line.
He talked about how expected starting left tackle David Heinzen is coming along.
Grimes also gushed about what he loves about Tech Kekakunah
Importantly, Grimes said that Billy Edwards is getting more comfortable with his wide receivers.
He also talked about the blocking of transfer tight end Lance Mason.
The Badgers open their season a week from this Thursday at Camp Randall Stadium against Miami of Ohio.
