(247NEWSSOURCE/LEARFIELD) – The Milwaukee Brewers won their 11th game in a row.
Milwaukee took down the Pittsburgh Pirates 14-0 at American Family Field in Milwaukee on Tuesday.
Christian Yelich and Andrew Vaughn both had a home run and three RBI in the victory.
Sal Frelich homered to leadoff the bottom of the first off of Pirates starter Paul Skenes and Frelich talked about that hit.
Andrew Vaughn’s 3-run home run was launched, carrying 441 feet for this 13th of the season and 8th as a member of the Brewers. Vaughn talked to Fan Duel Wisconsin about his hoem run.
Brewers mmager Pat Murphy said that all parts are working together right now.
Freddy Peralta allowed just three hits and struck out seven batters over six innings to get the win.
The teams will wrap up their series today.

Record run: The Brewers’ recent success puts them in rarefied air.
Milwaukee’s two 11-game win streaks makes them the third team since World War II to accomplish that feat along with Cleveland in 1954 and Toronto in 2015.
The Brewers are the first NL team to have two streaks of 11 games or more since the Cubs in 1935.
The streak is tied for the second-longest in club history behind the 13 straight wins Milwaukee put up to start the 1987 campaign.
