Collins went three-for-five with the homer and two runs scored, while William Contreras and Joey Ortiz had three RBIs each.
Nick Mears got the win in relief.
The Brewers have won nine in a row to move to 73-and-44, the best record in MLB.
Brewers manager Pat Murphy said that Collins has made the most of his opportunity.
