(WNFL) – At least one and probably 2 more rehab start are on deck for Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Nestor Cortes who threw 4 scoreless innings for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers in their game against the South Bend Cubs last night at Fox Cities Stadium in Grand Chute Thursday night.
Coming back from his flexor strain in his left arm, Cortes said that he’s not having any issues with throwing any of his pitches.
Cortes also talked about what he was looking for his rehab start.
Once Cortes left the game, it was all South Bend which scored 12 times in a 12-3 victory over the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers.
