WAUAPACA COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A stretch of road between Weyauwega and Manawa will undergo construction beginning next week.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says work will begin Monday on Highway 110 between highways AA and 22. Crews will be resurfacing the highway, replacing seven culvert pipes, replacing existing guardrail and placing new pavement markings.
While culverts are being replaced, Highway 110 will be closed and traffic will be detoured onto highways 10 and 22. During the rest of the construction, 110 will remain open with single lane closures and flagging operations.
The $1.4 million project is expected to finish on Aug. 20, but is weather-dependent.
