(LEARFIELD) – The Milwaukee Brewers’ ninth win in 10 games was one of the easier ones.
Wednesday afternoon’s 9-1 decision at Cincinnati’s Great American Ballpark clinched a 12th straight series win over the division rivals.
Most of the runs came on homers – two-run shots by Jackson Chourio and Daz Cameron and a three-run big fly by Isaac Collins.
Quinn Priester earned the win by holding the Reds to a single run in five relief innings.
Brewers manager Pat Murphy talked about DL Hall starting the game and allowing just 1 hit over 3 innings.
And then Murphy talked about Priester’s outing.
Murphy added more on how Priester did.
Milwaukee is off Thursday.
Chad Patrick starts the first game of a weekend series against the Padres Friday.
