(WTAQ-WLUK) — A drug bust Wednesday on the Menominee Indian Reservation netted three arrests.
After receiving a tip about suspected drug activity, the Menominee Tribal Police Department conducted an investigation focused on a camper located in the area of Red Wing Way.
One male and two females were taken into custody without incident and are currently being held at the Menominee Tribal Detention Facility.
The following charges are being referred:
- Possession of controlled substance
- Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance
- Probation violation
- Bond violation
- Resisting/obstructing an officer
- Tribal arrest warrants
- Felony arrest warrants
“The Menominee Tribal Police Department remains committed to protecting the health and safety of our community and will continue to take swift action against drug-related crimes,” a news release states.
