(LEARFIELD) – Green Bay Packers coach Matt LaFleur and GM Brian Gutekunst took a look at the 2025 NFL Draft that condcluded on Saturday with an appraisal on how the Packers did.
LaFleur talked about how adding two wide recievers in the draft will help.
LaFleur talked more abou the second of those 2 receivers, Savion Williams who was selected by Green Bay on Friday.
The Packers also draft a pair of offensive linemen including tackle Antony Belton of North Carolina State and lineman John Williams of Cincinnati.
LaFleur also talked about drafting edge rusher Barryn Sorrell, not aware he was in Green Bay.
Gutekunst talked about adding defensive lineman Warren Brinson in the sixth round out of Georgia
Gutekunst said that they really increased competition on the team across the board.
Gutekunst with the drafting of a pair of offensive linemen talked about what they look for.
He said that the offensive linemen need to be flexible.
Next up for the Packers front office is signing undrafted free agents.
