(LEARFIELD) PHILADELPHIA – Giannis Antetokounmpo became the first player in NBA history to have 35 points, 17 rebounds and a career-high 20 assists as the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Philadelphia 76ers 126-113 Thursday night.
Brook Lopez scored 17 points, Kyle Kuzma had 16 and AJ Green hit four 3-pointers for 12 points.
Antetokounmpo talked about the team getting back-to-back wins.
Antetokounmpo said what they did best offensively.
Antetokounmpo also talked about playing point guard with Lillard out with an injury.
Bucks assistant coach Darvin Ham who took over for Doc Rivers who left the sideline due to illness talked about what the thought process was when the 76ers built at early 17-point lead.
Ham talked discussed the adjustment Antetokounmpo has made switching to point guard with Lillard out.
Bucks coach Doc Rivers left the bench in the first half, citing an illness, and watched from the locker room as assistant Darvin Ham took over.
The win puts Milwaukee in fifth place in the NBA Eastern Conference at 42-34. Detroit is also 42-34 but the Bucks hold the head-to-head tie-breaker with them.
The Bucks continue their road trip Saturday in Miami against the Heat which you can hear on 1440 and 101.9 WNFL.
