(WNFL) – The Milwaukee Bucks play host to the Phoenix Suns Tuesday night at the FiServ Forum in Milwaukee.
The Bucks who have dropped 4 straight games will be without Damian Lillard and possibly without Giannis Antetokounmpo. He is listed on the injury report as having a strained left foot but has only missed 1 game since the All-Star break.
Phoenix will be playing without Kevin Durant who sprained an ankle and did not even make the trip to Milwaukee.
The Bucks are currently 40-34 and 1 1/2 games behind Detroit for fifth-place in the NBA’s Eastern Conference standings. Atlanta is in seventh-place 4 games behind the Bucks.
As the playoff standings currently stand, the Bucks as the sixth-seed would face the New York Knicks in the first round of the playoffs. If the Bucks were to catch the Pistons for the fifth spot, the Bucks would face the Indiana Pacers; however, if the Bucks should continue to falter and get passed by Atlanta, Milwaukee would then be placed in the play-in tournament.
Phoenix. meanwhile, is 35-40 and 1 game behind Sacramento for the final spot in the Western Conference play-in tournament.
The Bucks/Phoenix game can be heard beginning with the pre-game show at 6:30 and tip-off at 7 on 1440 and 101.9 WNFL.
