(LEARFIELD) – The Wisconsin Badgers host the Fighting Illini tonight at the Kohl Center in Madison.
Badgers coach Greg Gard said that coming off the win over Purdue, he’s not worried about his team being focuse, giving that Illinois has already beaten the Badgers.
Gard said that his team doesn’t care about the “outside noise” whether it’s good or bad.
As for what has gotten better in recent for Wisconsin, Gard said that his squad has made opposing teams scramble defensively in late clock situations.
Gard said that the Badgers’ late clock execution is something they’re really improved on as the season has gone on.
The Badgers are 10-4 in the Big Ten and 20-5 overall. Illinois is 9-7 in the Big Ten and 17-9 overall
