(WNFL/LEARFIELD) – While Green Bay Packers coach Matt LaFleur has played the “will he/won’t he” game on whether or not Jordan Love will be healthy enough to play for the Packers against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, Packers backup quarterback Malik Willis has been busy learning the Packers offense.
Come Sunday, it’ll be 19 days between his trade to Green Bay and his starting Sunday against the Colts.
How has he handled everything?
Willis talked about how much extra time he is putting in studying.
And where is he in terms of learning the offense?
Willis said that he’s been working hard to learn.
Has he had to tell Matt that he isn’t comfortable with something yet?
Wide receiver Christian Watson who is hoping to catch several passes on Sunday spoke about the chemistry is coming along with Malik Willis.
Watson said that they’re working hard to get everyone on the same page.
Kickoff is a few minutes after high noon on Sunday at Lambeau Field.
