GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Green Bay mother and son duo is accused of conspiring to sell fentanyl. The mother is also accused of laundering money.
A grand jury indicted Blanca Rodriguez, 52, and Moises Gonzalez-Rodriguez, 20, on Tuesday for allegedly distributing fentanyl. Rodriguez was also indicted for allegedly laundering the proceeds of the drug sales.
If convicted of the drug conspiracy charge, both mother and son could face up to a life sentence in prison. If convicted of the money laundering offense, Rodriguez could face up to 20 years in prison.
