OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Crews put out a fire at an Oshkosh hotel Thursday.
Firefighters received a call for a structure fire just before 11 a.m. at The Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel on North Main Street.
All hotel guests and staff were safely evacuated.
Upon arrival, officials reported high heat and heavy smoke at a south side door to the building.
The fire was located in the back stairway and was quickly extinguished.
No one was hurt.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
