ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A new apartment building at the Green Bay Packers’ Titletown development was celebrated Thursday.
Officials held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for TitletownFlats, a five-story building on the west side of the district.
The new building features 150 studio to three-bedroom units. It includes a first-floor leasing office and a two-story Amenity Center with a lounge space, game room, community kitchen and drink bar and co-working spaces.
Residents also have access to a fitness and yoga center, an outdoor grilling area and patio with fire pits, a sun deck, a private resident only dog park and a heated underground parking garage.
Packers President Mark Murphy says this creates another great place for people to work.
“This is going to be great. I think, 220 units. We’ve got Titletown Homes. We’ll have a number of people there. I think we have people already living in those, but this is really going to give us a nice, solid core of people that will be living there and enjoying all the amenities.”
Residents can begin moving into the apartments on Nov. 1.
