GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Demolition began Wednesday on the former Wally’s Spot building.
The supper club opened in 1948 in downtown Green Bay. It moved to its current location on Green Bay’s east side in 1970.
A piece of Wally’s — its iconic sign — now has a new home at the Neville Museum.
The location will become Green Bay’s second Popeye’s Chicken fast food restaurant.
